Adding Address Groups

This topic describes how to add an address group to a company. An address group provides additional search criteria to help filter large address books.

  1. On the ShipExec Management Studio home page, click Companies.
  2. From the Companies page, do one of the following:
    • To add an address group at the company level, click the icon for the company to which you want to add an address group.
    • To add an address group at the site level, click the icon for the company, then click the Sites tab, and then click the icon for the site for which you want to add an address group.
  3. Click the Address Books tab and select Address Groups. The Address Group page displays.

  1. Click Add Address Group. The Add / Update Address Group dialog box displays.

  1. Type the name of the address group in the Name box.
  2. Click Save. The Address Group page displays.

Note: The Address Group name will be visible to users.
